Our journey began with one of the most overlooked assets in a residential unit: the electric water heater. By mastering its telemetry and understanding how these devices behave, we built the foundation for a platform that understands how an entire building operates. In 2025, we expanded that foundation into a complete operational intelligence solution. Today, O&M Insights monitors HVAC and water heater health, detects and stops leaks, tracks indoor ambient conditions, and delivers electric utility grid services across the entire residential unit, all through a single platform.
